Open Keychain Access, click on the MS keychain and choose File -> Delete Keychain…

I feel kind of stupid… the 'Keychains' section was hidden, no wonder I wasn't able to get rid of it…

I'm actually not certain with Office 2004 that that's the case. I think Office v.X did that before Microsoft was instructed on how to properly use the OS X Keychain.

I have the same category, but it's intended: when I imported custom-issued certs from my company for email, they went here. I don't know if that category was there before, however, and if importing those specific certs created it.
