Safari 3.0.4 Crases In Tabs, New Window

I recently installed Safari 3.0.4 with my upgrade to OS X 10.4.11.
Now Safari crashes EVERY TIME I try to open a page in a tab or new window.
Safari 1 NEVER had this problem! Should I downgrade to Safari 2?
My system: eMac G4 700mhz 256MB ram

Check /Library/InputManagers and ~/Library/InputManagers and delete everything that is inside.
