Google Docs & Non-admin accounts on Leopard

I didn't have this problem on Tiger, but on Leopard, whenever a non-administrator goes to Google and loads up Google docs, it asks for an administrative password because of Parental Controls, even if Parental Controls is off.

It doesn't ask for a password while running as administrator, obviously. Anyone have any ideas? I can't give students admin just so they can run Google docs.
