Any apps for FTP sync/Backup to a desktop

We have a web site, and there are backups, but would like to have one backup done to one of my desktop hard drives at least once a week from our server. Is there an ok free app for OS X that can automatically run, connect to the server via FTP and download a particular location/folder?
