Hi there. i would like to create a rule in entourage so that all of my newsletters and daily papers go straight to a specific folder which i created instead of my inbox. I open the rules dialog and choose from->contains-> here i write a word for example "times" (i'm thinking that all mail that comes from an address which contains times..in my case new york times) will automatically be sent to my designated folder. This doesn't happen though...i still receive all of my newsletters in the inbox. What is the correct way to do this? Send email automatically to designated folders during the send/receive process?
Thank you!

Take a screenshot of your exact "Rules" set-up, I may have an idea as to what is going on.

You need to change your rule to 'if any criteria are met', because right now it's looking for messages coming from two distinct domains ('if all criteria are met').
