"Preparing Disc" on iTunes CRAWLS...

	I upgraded to iTunes 7.6, and it just CRAWLS when I'm trying to burn. It checks my playlist, and goes to "preparing disc" and just hangs there for upwards of 10 or 15 minutes (longer than it takes to burn). I never had this problem before. I'm running an iBook (late 2001), G3, more than enough RAM. 10.4.11. Anyone know if there's any way to turn this "preparing disc" function off, or if there's anything I can do to go back to the way things were with 7.5?
