Has anyone else encountered this? "unresponsive" as in it will freeze or die? I was on CNN.com if that helps. I thought it was a strange message.

AFAIK, its caused by poorly written Flash content on a website. Not sure what will happen if you let it go, but likely it'll suck up lots of CPU cycles.
