Hello,

I'm using osx 10.4.11 on a macbook core 2Ghz with 2.5GB RAM, 200GB 7,200 rpm disk with everything upto date.

All quicktime related videos flash to the point of being unwatchable.

This is my video podcasts I try and watch and and quicktime videos I try and watch in my web browser (Firefox 2, Firefox 3, Opera 9.5 and even Safari).

I thought maybe the graphics card was fried but VLC is able to cope with video so it seems to be related to quickime in it's various forms. Has anyone had this happen to them or know how to fix it?

Try downloading and reinstalling Quicktime again.

Thanks for the reply - that's a good idea I hadn't thought of.

I tried it and sadly is hasn't fixed the issue.

What sort of plugins do you have installed? Divx, etc. Try removing them.
