I know I should have de-authorized my old computer (in iTunes) when i upgraded recently to my new MacPro. But i didn't.

I also know that i can "De-Authorize ALL" computers when i max out my 5 of 5 usage license.

But what are my options right now?

iTunes tells me that i'm currently using 4 of 5 licenses on various computers. I want to see which computers they are. Is there a way to view which 4 computers are authorized to play my music? A list of computers names would do nicely.

ATI Radeon HD 4870 with 512MB of GDDR5 memory

You can deauthorize all when ever you want. I believe you can only do this once in any given year but it doesn't mean you have to wait till you reach 5 licenses. If that fails contact itunes support and they'll do that. I was in a similar situation and they took care of it for me.

I am interested in seeing answers to this also. It does remind me I need to deactivate my PC. I only assume I have to do it from within iTunes on the PC itself.

No, you can only de-authorize ALL if all 5 of your accounts are being used.

That's not true, I contacted the itunes support and they deauthorized all of my computers for me and I only had 3 computers authorized.

did you contact them and ask them, or was that posted somewhere?

Yes, you can contact Apple to de-authorize at any time.
But NO, you can't de-authorize (on your own) unless you have 5 licenses in use.
That's what I mean to say.

On a side note, i received an email from Apple stating that they cannot give me a list of users who are authorized to play my music (see my original post). Howevever, they were able to tell me that 4 of 5 authorized users were using Macs.

Ok, that makes sense, but my post also means you have a solution to your dilemma. You can contact them, they reset the authorizations and you're all set.

No, but you'll have to re-authorise each machine you want to play the music on. This is done by playing a purchased song. You have to enter your password and voila the computer is authorised.
