I deleted Connect360 ages ago by right clicking on the pref pane and selecting remove. Today I ran Activity Monitor for the first time in a while and noticed Connect360Helper was still running (and usually in the top five for % CPU) I did a finder search and it turned up and empty Connect360 folder and a .plist file, both of which I removed, but I don't know how to get rid of this Connect360Helper app. I've emailed their tech support but the one and only time I've done that before they were far from helpful, so I'm trying to sort this out on my own. Any ideas?

if you've deleted all the parts, log out/in or reboot and it should be gone. Or kill the process from activity monitor.

If you see it there again, double-click the process then choose Open Files and Ports. Read through that to see if you can trace the process to its location on the drive (if it's still there at all).
