Hello there,

I get the -200 error when trying to open i tunes 7 on my mac. i tunes will not open. i have only read about this problem on windows, not mac. i cannot reinstall i tunes or quicktime on my mac - nothing happens when i open the installer package. how do i get i tunes to work again on my mac and preserve my music files?

What do you mean nothing happens when you run the installer? Trash iTunes and try to reinstall. If it doesn't work, you may need to trash the preferences file in ~/Library/Preferences (com.apple.itunes.pllist) and try it then.
