When I download stuff with Limewire, once it downloads, itunes open up automatically and copies whatever I downloaded, and it's really annoying, cause I definitely don't want everything copied. a Week ago I spent hours copiying all my CD's that I have into iTunes (CD's I've had since I was 14 - yes, I still listen to Pearl Jam, Metallica etc... 29 now).

Because I have so many songs & playlists, I don't want stuff on in iTunes that I didn't choose to be there.

How can I stop iTunes doin that?

There may be an option in Limewire to auto-open iTunes. Check Limewire's settings, particularly anything that governs post-download activities.

Yeah, after I posted I went & checked Limewire Prefences. Just needed to uncheck the "Auto Open iTunes" box.
