Adium is getting on my nerves lately... sometimes it just will not work, I'm chatting with someone and all of the sudden it says that messages could not be sent, or error with the switchboard, things like that...

finally my final solution is to close and reopen adium, and when I reopen it lasts ages to connect! what is my problem?

P.S.: I have a hotmail account

I have this issue with AIM, GTalk and MSN when using Adium on OS X or Pidgin on Windows, but I'm more inclined to think it's an issue with the network that the protocol is running on, because even the official clients will have problems sometimes.
