Not really an OS X app related question, but it applies to both apps. Lets say I received an e-mail using Outlook/Mail and I reply to it. However, I remember that I want to add something else to that e-mail so I go to my Sent messages box, find the e-mail and click reply all. I then delete my name, type my message and send again. Is there an easy way besides going to the Sent messages box and deleting my name after I reply all?

Gmail makes this process easy. I don't know if it is possible using Outlook/Mail.

Once you find your message in the Sent mailbox, select it and go Message...Send Again...

And don't forget to thank God everyday that you can use Outlook or Mail.

It could be far worse.

An alternative way of doing this is to drag and drop the message from the Sent folder to the Drafts folder, then double click it to open it as a draft (if you don't want to keep a record of the incorrect message in your Sent folder, for example).
