Photoshop CS3 - Minimize, Exit, Enlarge Disappear?

I was using PS and now the orange, green and red circles that let you minimize, exit and enlarge a windows are gone. The screen is fully taken up by grids and such. Anyone know how I get these circles back? Its a pain not to have em.

I don't recall if it's exactly the same in CS3, but I think there are some buttons at the bottom of the toolbar that do this.
