I think it's a proprietary windows disc image format. I think you'll have to get MagicISO or something on a PC to convert it to a standard ISO format.

Google says this should work, although I haven't tried it myself:

PowerISO - Create, Edit, Extract, Mount, Compress, Encrypt, Split ISO file, ISO/BIN converter, Virtual Drive, DAA
