All of my templates are in Italian, the text is anyway, any reason why?

Sounds like a dumb question, but have you selected language preferences anywhere?

I think that's probably Latin you're seeing. Apple likes to use Latin in its templates.

Apple and Intel: As kosher as a cheeseburger.

Yeah it is the Lorem ipsum, I guess that's just Apple's way of being creative? Hmm, I kinda like it now!

It's "sort of" Latin.

It's Latin gibberish, and it's been the standard placeholder text in all printwork for decades: Lorem ipsum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
