Can I move (export) my mail from Entourage and import it into Outlook Express on a PC?

I doubt it, but if your account is IMAP you at least don't have to worry about getting your mail to be available in your new client. Are you using IMAP already?

If there is no way to do this at the file system level, you could create yourself an IMAP account somewhere (e.g. GMail), transfer your mail there, and then transfer it back to your POP server.

Really, I'd get off of POP as soon as you can though, its design does not lend itself well to moving around between clients at all (including web based ones).

Just sign up for gmail and follow besson's suggestion - move msgs to Gmail IMAP, then access/download from Outlook Express.
