Hi All,

I'm working for a small start-up chocolate business and we have a ton of digital media — photos, film, documents, etc... in most of the standard formats. We are looking for a flexible, easy to use, and well-designed OS X program that can help us organize and manage all these files in a central location where everyone can access them.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

You could also use Aperture/Lightroom for photos and Apple's Final Cut Server for video files. IMO old-school media management apps leave much to be desired when it comes to the digital workflow of photography. (I've switched from iView Media Pro 2.8 to Aperture.)
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

I know a company that has just started using this - Font Managers - Creative Asset Management - Font Management - Digital Asset Management

Not sure how they are getting on yet, but it's front end is provided by this Flowmation, the next generation of Interactive Project Management

Can't say how good as it as it's only been installed a few weeks ago and they haven't used it in production yet.
