Email links not opening up Mail in browser

How do I configure my browser, currently Firefox 3 to automatically open Mail when clicking on a Mail link? I went to Preferences -> Applications -> Content Type -> mailto -> Mail and still doesn't open Mail. Do I have to configure something in Mail?
