I've just downloaded an application called, "flash_player_7_ax_exe." onto
my desktop...will that work with Mac users??

No. It's an exe file. Did you download it from Adobe or did some website give it to you?

What do you want to do with it? I presume you're trying to play flash?
Anything that ends in .exe is a Windows file, and will not work on your Mac.
