I accidentially deleted my Safari, so i went on the Apple site to download Safari. Only problem is... I can't install it, it says I need 10.5.2 or higher, and i have 10.5.4...

Try Software Update… BTW yours says is Safari 3.1.1, something was wrong on Apple downloads, I also had downloaded 3.1.2 and got 3.1.1 instead…
