I'm having a big headache with Entourage 2008.
On one machine, Entourage only the Junk E-Mail folder ever appears when we set up the account. The Inbox and everything else don't get synced with Exchange.
We've tried deleting everything in the user's Library - Microsoft folder, Preferences, Application Support, the Microsoft User Data in Documents and reinstalling Entourage. It takes you through the first startup wizard again. No joy.
On another machine with the same Exchange account and same details, all the folders are visible...
I can't figure out what else to do besides format the machine and start again! This is the latest in a catalogue of problems with Entourage and Exchange.
Any help much appreciated!
