I created a website last year using iWeb. Through various updates and software changes/changing computers, the website i created is still on my iDisk, but it no longer shows up in iWeb. Is it possible to import that file back into my iWeb?

No there's no way.

The iweb library file is found ~/library/application/iweb so check time machine to see if the old iweb library is available.
