In iPhoto print with hp2420 error = limitcheck

	iPhoto 7.1.4, MacOSX 10.5.4, Hp 2420n B/W with newest driver and firmware. Photos won't print from iPhoto to a HP 2420. The printed error is: limitcheck OFFENDING COMMAND: image. When I first export the Photos the prints come out fine. We can print the same image from iPhoto on a MacOSX 10.4.11 system. Why can't we print from iPhoto on the MacOSX 10.5 system?
