from time to time Unison (v 1.8) corrupts its .db files while opening.
each newsgroup window flashes back and forth rapidly trying to DL headers and thread.
Ive discovered by experience the only way to get each newsgroup to work is to delete the abcnews.db thats in unison application support and reload.
unfortunarely sometime as in now some popular NG like TV have 33 Million headers to DL!
is there a way to tell Unison when this happens to ignore all that old stuff and DL and just just whats 'new'
many appreciations to you if you know how to do this.
this is going to take all weekend to fix!
