I'm wondering if some of you might share problems with Firefox, particularly caused by add-ons and/or extensions?

Today I installed DownloadHelper. Next thing I realize is that the American flag is showing beside my date/time on the menu bar (my International preference was triggered, somehow..). And I'm unable to get a solid fix on Firefox's toolbar menu.

List of my Add-ons:

Adblock Plus
Form Saver
PicLens
Quartz PDF Plugin

It was all good until I installed DownloadHelper. Are there combinations that I/we should stay away from?
