Help! I'm new to iWeb and find it very frustrating. Im trying to put a large picture on my home page, and then link from certain parts of the picture to other parts of my site. I know how to create a hyperlink from the entire picture, but I cant figure out how to link from a certain part of the picture. I want to have different hyperlinks on different parts of the picture. Can anyone help? thanks

That's called an image map. As far as I know, iWeb does not have the ability to create image maps.

thanks. I wish that was better news. I dont think iWeb is going to meet my needs. It makes too many assumptions and wont let me change even some of the basics. Is there a relatively cheap alternative to iWeb that has more flexibility? I have Dreamweaver but its too complicated. I just need something to put up a quick website but I need more flexibility. Any suggestions?

You could set up the image map in dreamweaver and copy the html over into iWeb.... that could work!!!!
