Using Excel 2008 with my iMac using 10.5.5 I have a problem I've not seen before. When I press Command-P the Print box pops up. It tells me it will print 1 of 1821 pages. What command might have been accidentally activated by me to ask for 1821 pages? How might I correct it so only 1 page will be printed?
Thanks! You were right on, but in the other direction. I scanned across to cell XDF-5. For some reason it had a frame around it. I have no idea how I did that, but it was there.
There should also be an option to not print empty rows. It's actually a common problem for people to accidentally enter something or forget to delete some cell that is way further down or across the page.
You would still have to delete the problem but at least you won't print all those empty rows if you pressed the print button by accident.
