I recently noticed that some of my file icons have changed. I was looking in the Internet Plug-in folder and most of the various plug-ins now have icons that look like the blue folders instead of the regular icon. Also about half of my Numbers file icons look like faded spreadsheets instead of the colorful Numbers icons.

I've run Disk Utility, repaired permissions and TechTool and everything passes. Any ideas why my icons have changed and how to change them back?
Thanks

Problem appears to have been caused by a corrupt Launch Services Database. Rebuilt the LS Database and all has returned to normal.
