Hi, I just had a major crash and had to reinstall my entire OS (10.5.6). I have a backup of my system from a week ago. Can someone please tell me all the items I need to copy from my old system to my new one in order to get my mail back the way I had it?

I did copy some things over (can't remember exactly which) and so far my Mail.app menubar it is configured the way I like it (the top menubar is customized), and my "On My Mac" mailboxes and Rules (from Mail preferences) are there.

However:
(1) I am missing both of my POP Inboxes and all my mail for my two mail accounts (.Mac and Personal);
(2) The "On My Mac" Folders appear to have mail in them b/c a number appears next to them, HOWEVER, when I go to them they are empty.

Can someone help me out here? Thanks all!

Thanks for the link. Now, I think I have more complex problem.

In Home > Library > Mail >
it appears that both of my mailboxes are there:
(POPxxxx > INBOX.mbox > Messages = 12,000+/- messages)
(POPyyyy > INBOX.mbox > Messages = 10,000+/- messages)

However, these mailboxes are NOT present in my sidebar in Mail.app. Do you know what would cause that?
