I have a lot of music on my laptop, and now i barely have any space left on my hard drive. I copied all of my music to an external hard drive, changed the settings in iTunes to point to the folder on the hard drive, allowed it to "update", but when i go back to my library it is still pointing to all of the songs on my laptop hard drive, not my external hard drive.
Is there anyway I can just have the library point to all the songs on the external in one fell swoop? Or do I have to delete all the songs from my laptop and reimport them to my external?
