I have a bunch of folders (about 300 of them) and each on has anywhere from 1-5 zip files in the folder. And some of those zip files contain rar files. I would like to unzip and unrar all these files in one batch. Any suggestions on how do do this?

Thanks!

In terminal in the top level directory:

gzip -r *

Use the command line utility from rarsoft.com and similar flags to deal with the embedded rars.
