Apologies if this isn't in the right place, could a mod move it to the correct forum if this is the case please.

I'm tempted by MobileMe, in particular the web space that one gets. However, I would like a section of my site to be accesible to only people that I supply a username and password to. Basically I'd like to put family stuff up, like photos and don't want it open to the world. However, I'd like other parts of the site open to the public.

Is this possible? Easily done using stuff like iWeb and maybe a text editor?

That part, at least, can *very* easily be done with iPhoto's MobileMe web galleries.

You can also password protect your Public folder in System Preferences:

Ah cool. Is that just galleries or whole webpages that can be secured?
