I'm wondering if it's at all possible to use transitions that are present in Keynote on videos in Final Cut Express. Can I somehow import Keynote transitions/effects into FCE and use them on videos I'm editing?

Thanks for the help!!

No, Apple doesn't support that sort of integration.

If you just want it for titles or something rather than video content, you could export the presentation as a video and then use that in FC.

I've made some animations in Keynote and exported it as a movie, but there's a few nice transitions in Keynote that I'd like to use in FCE on my video. Anywhere you can get more (free) transitions/effects for FCE? Like does apple have somewhere you can go to download more than what comes with FCE? Alternatively, can you import movies into FCE and put the movie in one slide, and apply the transition that way? (seems like a lot of work that I don't want to try if that's not possible0.

Thanks!
