Turn myself into a Cartoon in a Movie - Better Option?

I'm doing some iMovie editing this week and i noticed that the new iMovie09 allows you to use a cartoon effect. It's pretty cool, but i'm wondering if there is a better cartoon plugin or other effects i could use for video. Apple did a good job, i think 3rd party company many provide other plugins that are better.

Does anyone know which company sells 3rd party plugins for iMovie 09?

Does '09 even support plug-ins? '08 didn't.

There really is no one-click solution to create a realistic cartoony image from video. To get a real cartoon effect, you need to rotoscope (example: A Scanner Darkly).

If you use Motion, a combination of effects might give you a workable "look" though:

I realize i can used Toonit 2.0
but it's only available using Final Cut Pro
(not iMovie)
