I have 15+ email accounts with an ISP that I POP

Currently only 5 are accessed using Mail 3.5

I need to access the other 10 every 90 days to keep them current (all are "Golden Addresses")

Without having to go through the laborious process of adding each new POP a/c individually, is there an easy cut & paste way (plus amendments) to do this ?

Why not redirect all of these messages to a single account and use rules to establish this separation between these accounts?

Have you looked to see if the account preferences in ~/Library/Mail are in XML?

I have thought of these, however, the T&C's state that they have to be accessed, ie not forwarded, my only reason is because Mail connects to the ISP server etc, to check connection, which all takes time, in fact quite a lot of time

I can't say if there is a way to easily duplicate accounts and tweak settings, but in case you weren't aware, once set up you can easily toggle accounts from an active to inactive status in the Mail>Accounts preferences. You wouldn't have to leave them on all the time and could just make them active once a month or so.
