Way to custom "Rank" images in Bridge like Filebrowser had?

I used to be able to 'rank' the thumbs any name I wanted to enter in CS1 Filebrowser.
Now with CS4's Bridge, there's no way to custom enter, you can only rank by stars & Colors.

Anyone know of a plug-in around this? I just found a plugin for Contact Sheet II, so I'm hoping there's a way around the Ranking issue!
