i am getting kernel panics when i use toast to burn a dvd or cd, as soon as i press record i get the kernel panic, anyone else with this issue. i have a black macbook, 13.3, intel dual core 2.ghz. any help is appreciated. i can burn w/ disk utility fine.

If you have not already updated to Toast v9.0.5, you might give that a try.
