I'm downloading a movie and it says it is going to take over 2 hours to download 1.33GB. It hasn't even taken half that long before. speedtest says I am getting 5Mb/s. Anyone else seeing slow speeds?

I was getting really slow speeds up to a few months ago, when I stopped getting movies from iTunes as a result. I know it wasn't ISP filtering since other sources for downloading the same movies were getting the movies to me in less than 30 minutes.
