So my grandpa is having issues with his iMac G4 (1.25 GHz, 1.25 GB RAM, 10.5.6, all updates). It won't play any Flash videos. He's reinstalled Flash multiple times to no avail. Any ideas? He's repaired disk permissions, done everything. He's pretty good with his Macs, so I don't think it's due to user error. Thanks for any help in advance.

Does this happen under a different OS X account?

Yes. So if he creates a new account and it still happens, what then? Or if it doesn't happen?

If it still happens then there isn't much you can do except try different versions of Flash. Are you sure these are Flash videos?
If it doesn't, you know that there is some corruption or something screwy with his user account - it gives you a place to focus your attention.

Are these flash videos online or offline? To play some of the newer videos with Quicktime, I had to get a new version of the Perian codecs.
