Looking for a low cost Video Editor. I'm wanting to edit a few frames in a video where I have to block out or cover up a companys name and info for proprietary reasons.
I was looking at Final cut express.
I have imovie. I'm want to take a movie and edit a few frames in the movie. I want to go into a seperate frame and white out over a name with the same background color.
