I am using Safari 3.2.1 with OS 10.5.6 on an Imac G5.

The entry box for the URL in Safari has suddenly disappeared. I can still get to web sites by using bookmarks or by searching with Yahoo (which is bookmarked). But I can't type any URLs into Safari.

The gray bar that SHOULD contain the URL entry box is present, with the back, forward, reload, and add-to-bookmarks icons. But the rest of the bar is solid gray.

I tried restarting Safari and also rebooting the computer. Neither worked. How can I get the URL entry box back?

Thanks
