Hello,

I have been trying for a couple of days to capture the video on my camcorder and transfer it to my Mac, to no avail. Everything I've read says to use iMovie, but I have an iBook G4, and iMovie is not compatible. I copied it successfully with Quicktime Pro, but the video quality was very poor. Does anyone have a suggestion for software I can use?

"iMovie is not compatible"? Do you mean that your camcorder is not compatible with iMovie? What model camcorder do you have and what version of iMovie are you trying? I presume you are using a Firewire connection, right?
