I tried 'Saft' and it no longer works but I cant find it to dump it

Ive never understood why there are two Libraries:

that on the HD and that under users

(please dont demote me)

/Library includes files and settings for all users of the computer.

~/Library (from your home directory) is for stuff specific to a certain user (you).
