I have a Macbook pro with almost 10,000 photos on it. I would like to transfer all photos to a 150 gb ext hard drive (iomega). How do I do it? (for some reason, I cannot locate my iphoto library). Also, how do I access the photos once they are in my EHD? Thank you

Your iPhoto library is in your user home folder > Photos. The easiest way is to drag-drop this iPhoto library to your external drive. Start iPhoto, hold down option immediately and you will be able to choose the library on your external drive.
