Can any one point me to any freeware apps that will allow me to convert .wmv video files so that I can watch them on DVD? Thanks.

Maybe a combination of Handbrake and Burn? I'm not at my Mac so I can't test it. Did you want them to be viewable in a normal DVD player? I ask this because a lot of DVD players nowadays can play .mp4, .divx, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I would need them to be viewable in a standard dvd player. I was told .wmv files had to be converted first...

FFMPEGX has always worked like a charm for me. It'll convert practically anything to anything. You can find it at MacUpdate.
