We use Google Apps at my work with nearly 1000 student accounts. I just found out that there's a Google Apps Directory Sync program that'll Sync ActiveDirectory and LDAP servers with Google Apps.

This would save me a ton of time.

For whatever reason they don't have an OS X version, and the Linux version won't compile/run correctly under OS X. Typical.

I do have Windows installed on my MacBook Pro, anyone know if I can use the Windows version to pull accounts from OS X Server's LDAP?

Why wouldn't you be able to? LDAP is LDAP.

Also posted on the Google Apps forum and I got a similar answer, it should work.
