I've got mobile me. I have iDisk with documents in it that I want to access with my iMac and MacBook. The iMac isn't the problem. When I start it up, iDisk mounts on the desktop and I have a fairly fast connection with it. However on the MacBook, it doesn't mount on the desktop. I can still access my files, but one Scrivener file in particular will not open from iDisk.

Is my iMac the "master" or something? Why does iDisk work almost flawlessly on the iMac, but I'm having a host of issues on the MacBook? Does anyone have an idea of what is happening?

Can you copy the file to your desktop and open it? Do you have an alias in your Login items to mount the iDisk on boot?

I can, yes. However I've stumbled across a startling fact. iDisk Sync wasn't enabled on the MacBook. I've just done that - allowing me to access iDisk even when not connected to the Internet. That may have been my problem. Thanks to your post for prompting me to have a second look at it.
