There are a couple of old threads asking about Dartfish (motion telestrator) for a Mac.
Check out http://www.powerchalk.com It's basically a web version of Dartfish. It lets you upload videos of all types (including YouTube) and then lets you comment, draw and play the videos. It even has sports diagrams to talk about positioning, etc.
